How can it be possible that nobody can get to the files? I'm pretty certain that isn't the case, otherwise you'd have tonnes of wasted space on your server from suspended accounts. How can I appeal this suspension to have it lifted OR just to have access to my files (that is all I want)...

What if I upgraded the account to paid. Would I still have no access to my files? As you can imagine this is massively inconvenient. The files are still on your server, all I want to do is retrieve them. I've accepted the fact that I cannot use x10 services anymore. This is ridiculous...
