why has stoli been so hit and miss with how long it stays up lately? I realize that there was a maintanance period in which accounts were deleted etc...and that was supposed to increase the uptime of the server...but since then I have tried to modify/check my site several times and out of 8...

So I made a request to get Sphinx installed on the webservers here because phpbb3 is moving towards using this as the search client in 3.2 this meaning, if we dont have access to this script the newer versions of phpbb3 wont work. As of yet 3.2 is not released so it wont cause any problems, but...
