Please can somebody tell me how to change the domain to point to the new nameservers?

I cannot see why the website, email and control panel are down. Please can you help?

It says every time my account is suspended that i must log in to the forum, which i do. Every 3 days, my account is suspended again. When i log back into the forum and un-suspend my account, everything goes back to normal. What can i do to stop this from happening? Matt
