I receive the following error on my website:
Host 'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/ntdegree/public_html/web/db_functions.php on line 5
When I try to access my web page I get an error message saying "The Web server refused the connection".
I am also unable to connect to the FTP server.
