my server connection keeps on timing out i'm pretty sure its not my end cause other websites are working, plus, other people using my website mentioned it ...... is there anyway you can fix this?

It will not load for me, i have everything working, i sent in a support ticket but i don't know which will get a faster response, also how do you load the adds into frontpage or dreamweaver? Edit: also my cpanel is not loading
