Do i get private WHOIS with this domain? Or is it bundled with paid hosting?

I see: ns1.x10premium.com and ns2.x10premium.com

I assume i replace the premium name servers with these ones? or do i add these ones to the two empty spaces?

Thanks for the reply. What would be the benefits of getting paid hosting then? If the free option offers .php, no ads , sendmail and i can get a "proper" domain etc?
