My website was suspended and is now unsuspended. When I go to my site now, it will not load. Could you tell me why or what I have to do to get it going again now that the account is unsuspended. Thanks

Everyday now my site is being shut down. I log into my account within the time I am suppose to to keep it running (every two weeks supposedly), but it seems that everyday they shut it down. Anyone know why?
