I think there is something wrong with the email. I sent an email to one of my email addresses, to test to see if the email is still working. After checking the inbox and the spam folder, it didn't get sent, even though the Roudcube mail client said it got sent.

My files are missing. I saw them a few minutes ago, then when I came back to upload more images to update my website, everything was gone. Could you restore it, so I can make a copy of the files? I didn't backup some of the files. It would be greatly appreciated. My account is not suspended...

Is the unmetered account free? If so, could I get my account upgraded. I only put my portfolio files and files to show my clients on the hosting.

My email is acting up. I'm not receiving my emails. It won't allow me to delete email accounts either.

I forgot my password into my hosting. How can I get it back? I know how to change a password, but you can't unless you know the previous password.
