we are not able to modify or add new dns records ON VOX...many ppl have raised there issues here...even i had posted it twice but seems support team doesn't want to solve that

i cannot use simple or advanced dns zone editor
i had few a records set in the dns zone. im getting error "There are no user-defined zone records for “bulksmsnvoice.com”.
if im trying to create new A record it gives me error "unable to find soa record"
