I have installed Wordpress and flushed my DNS and cleared my cache but I am still getting the Website Coming Soon page. Do I just have to keep waiting or is something wrong?

Hi, I signed up for hosting three days ago and the account is still pending. Is this normal? Im not in a huge rush but I was just wondering. Thanks
