Hi i reported a mysql issue on the 13th July and its now been a week and still my database's aren't working and on top of the the redirect i had set is gone as well. Any idea how long this issue is going to last and is there a solution is site as i can't operate a site with out the database...

Twice now the Mysql databases i have set up seem to delete themselfs and then restore later. My website will not work at all without a mysql database can this please be fixed as this is a server issue and nothing i can do to fix it.
