i have registred a new account like 14 hours ago and i couldn't log to my cpanel back at that time so i tought of leaving it for a while and go to sleep and now i still have the same problem, som1 tell me what's going on

hi every1 i've just registered new here in x10hosting.com, i have been following a tutorial on how to create an account and when i came to the cpanel part the page keeps loading and nothing happen is it that i've missed somthing in the registrations steps or you also have the same problem
