    All data gone!

    I'm not sure what's going on, but all of my data is gone, all email accounts, everything in the file manager, etc. PLEASE assist me with this issue - I'm unable to even login to the forum to post. Thank you.

    This issue has occurred AGAIN, after being resolved yesterday. Please explain how I can prevent this in the future - it is disabling access to resources I need. Thank you

    I feel there is a significant problem with my account. I'm missing access to content on databases and receiving error messages. On the cPanel page it reads: '[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]' Please let me know what to do from here... Thank you
