hello x10hosting team what happen now a days ur not giving best support ticket service, on 25th i logged a request that i cant extract / unzip my files , u said that admins are informed about this but still this happens, & 1 day became but still there's none of the reply...in support request...

still same problem....i still cant extract zip file as u said to unzip locally i tried it but it takes too much time.pls do something.
