hello i am trying to switch my hosting to the premium service but when i get up to the part where it says that i am receiving a phone call, my phone does not ring. i Would really appreciate any help with this i also can tell you that i have correctly entered two phone numbers neither worked.

although my site now works, my cpanel file manager just displays the error "data error" and shows no files or directories. i hope someone knows whats wrong and are able to fix it and knows when it will be fixed. thanks in advance.
