My hosting account seems to be suspended. I get this text? Site explanation required - immediate login required. What shall i do?

Hi. I seems like your server is down, because I can't access the cPanel nor my website. And I can't connect with FTP. There where some downtime yesterday, and even more today. Please fix this ASAP! Kind regards Kevin
