I accidentally cancelled my hosting account instead of "Re-attempting sign-up". Any chance someone can sort me out?

On the front page it says that "you'll be up and running in under 5 minutes". It's been 2 days. Is there a reason for the delay? It was quite important that I had this website set up by today, because I'm going away for a week now and will be unable to access my account. Thanks in advance...
