I signed up last week with the user intlabs and have still not been able to do anything with my account, access to cpanel has not been available throughout and I do not see if there is anything else I may acheive. Can somebody reply with some information regarding my account.

Still no Cpanel, Is there anyway I can upload my website without it, I do not know of any default ftp that may be setup etc? I also do not want my account being suspended for inactivity when I am unable to do anything, regards.

I have entered the correct user/pass yet a message saying [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive is occuring whilst trying to gain access.
