Hell! I didn't know the 'ticket' wound up on a public forum! Anyway, thanks for your comment, the situation resolved itself by the pending domain change actions eventually being marked as 'error', so I could delete them and start over. Matter closed.

I'm a new user and have tried to change my primary hosting domain from the one given to my own (garymerrill.co.uk). Subsequently I've discovered that I should have changed to your name servers BEFORE doing this. I've now change to your nave servers and tried to change the primary domain again...
