im getting tons of 500 errors on my website again. is this a server issue? plz help

I have drupal 6.19 installed on my site (http://teremek.co.cc) upon some basic php operations in drupal it comes to a internal server error. I would like to know why please. And how this could possibly be fixed. Constantly refreshing the page gets annoying :P. Regards, Mike
