Haven't read anything about this yet in the news. Is this a normal reboot?

Is it intentional that apache gets rebooted 20 times each day? Are free hosting ad-enhanced customers not appreciated enough in this hosting service and you are looking for them to just get another hosting? I can't start imagining how paid services could be any better than the web-enhanced...

I have been login to the forums as instructed before and I still got my website cancelled on inactivity again... Can you give me more details? And will I be able to get it back?
