who is the main admin of this forum??? do they ever come around??

can you increase this setting to 5 minutes, VBulletin support tells me thats why i cant get my software to complete the install.

When trying to install VBulletin software on my new account using the CPanel, everything is done correctly according to the VB install manual, all goes well until it reaches about 7% done, then it hangs and wont continue. Is the server timing out or what. Please help.
