    [XO3] Suspended but not?

    Okay, so I am on node xo3 and My website, file manager and login works without telling me its suspended. but when I try to create a FTP or database "Account is Suspended!" How can this be if I have access to everything but those? Help?

    [XO3] Update?

    I'm on the XO3 Node and my site works fine, but I have no FTP Access. How long until I can create users for that again?
