I dont know what happened but all of my email accounts are gone and it says that i have none available to create

Last week, after majorly updating my site I found that it would not load so i logged back in to try and edit it and it would not load. the sitebuilder loads about 75% and then just stays there and does not continue. I have waited in case it was a server or something but it still hasnt stopped...
