can someone delete my hosting account and my forum username? i want to give the freed domain to someone else and i need a new username ;)

Hello, i've created an account with domain, flyingkite.elementfx.com, and then i change it to flyingkite.co.cc, i think the dns has refreshed, but when i enter the domain name in my browser, it shows this message and i don't know if i'm putting the ad right, please help, thanks in advance ;)
