    Change SQL timezone

    As far as I know the only way to change the timezone is SSHing in, which I know wont happen with a free account. Is it at all possible for someone at X10 to change it?

    Need to temporarily access cpanel from banned countries

    When refreshing a page that has checked for a session the session ends. Had someone test it on their hosting and the code worked fine.

    When I replace a file in FTP filezilla uploads the it says updated but when I look at the file it hasn't changed..

    Will PHP be updated?

    X10 is still on PHP 5.4.36 when there is 7.07 and 5.6.22 available for a month now. Or this this just a bug in the Cpanel where it is showing an incorrect version (i'm noticing that new functions are working)

    Got suspended for unclear reason

    I submitted a request to get my storage bumped and soon after I got an email notifying me that my account has an administrative suspension so 2 questions: 1. What could be the reason for that 2. What information should I put in my appeal?
