Is there any way to get shell access on the free hosting? When I try on PuTTY and it says if you need shell access, please contact support which makes it sound like it might be possible.. Or is this just a standard response?

Ok, so I'm getting this 552 Disk full error. I realise that free hosting means you're on a shared server, but I have only used 1.30MB on my server. Is there something that can be done about this, or will I have to contact X10 themselves? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
