hey could someone explain to me why i can't seem to access my website no matter what i change the domain to?

So i bought a domain name on godaddy.com, and would like to host it on my free x10hosting account, since i feel like its the best one to go with, my brother recommends 365hosting, but what the hell does he know! Anyways what are the name servers? and what exactly should i do to start hosting...
