Whenever I attempt to create a site from the main page (x10hosting.com), it recognizes that I have an account already (AlexiaW2D@gmail.com). If I try to enter my password it says "an error occurred, please try again". I'm 100% sure the password I entered is correct, and I reset it for good...

I created my site just earlier today, and it was working fine then, but now it refuses to load. Whenever I go to the site or click and links on it, it just seems to load forever, but I can connect immediately with no problems with a proxy. I don't know if it's a server-side issue or an issue...
