Trying to login to Cpanel, I get site not found, and when I reasearch it says my ip is black listed and I have to go into a file on unix and delete the ip ? Can this be reset on your end? site is http://greatrentertest.x10host.com/

First time setting up a database, and frustrated to all hell, deleted database, users over and over again keep getting same message, every thing is correct, but it will not acknowledge the user name or password assigned thru Cpanel.
