:dunno: After several attempts at contacting support my suspension is still unresolved and unanswered. I've had this account under helpinghand.x10hosting.com and have been using helpinghand as the forum name but in the last 2 weeks I continue to get suspended each day due to not entering forum...

I unsuspended 3 times today even after accessing the forum. What is up? Do you need to access forums even after purchasing hosting? Are these ongoing problems with paid accounts?:dunno:

I can find very little info of what is include in each of the premium hosting services also no live chat. Can u fill me in on the services offered for each plan? Scott
