Alright everytime i try to view a page on my site it is very slow. Also i crashes a LOT. and then i have to wait. Is this temporary or it being worked on or whats happening?

I registered my host and forum account on the same name. But when i type in the name it says that name dose not exist. Then i clcik on the hosting tab and it says that i already have a hosting account.
