Hi, this is the current load on stoli. It sounds way too high for one server. Does the server regularly run with such a high load? Is it just like this on free servers, or do paid run the same way?

Hi, I know this may be in the wrong forum,but i have my site hosted on stoli and it is going very slowly. I got in once and the cpu part under system status had a ! next to it with a number of about 6.3 which means its over loaded. I just wanted to bring it to light incase it wasnt seen
