does anyone here know what the best way to make a simple wordpress theme is? i already know how to CSS and stuff like that but i have no idea how to use the php functions properly, everytime i try i get error. and the header, the footer, the sidebar all seem a bit wrong ? :dunno:

recently, i was suspended for inactivity but that was because my computer was unavailable for like 3 weeks but i got unsuspended, but now i cant update my site. what can i do? : (

does anyone have any easy css tutorials for a beginner? (for like backgrounds and content boxes and etc etc.. i know its a lot to ask, but i just need the basics.) if so please, please, please send them to me. tnanks! :-)
