When I go to my CPanel I'm told that there is "No web hosting account" and that, I'll need to register for a new account. I wouldn't mind doing this if the subdomain were still offered, but exofire.net is not an option available to me. Please help.

http://www.climgs.exofire.net shows that the site has been suspended, but when I look at my account panel, my request to un-suspend was processed June 30th.

My account was suspended for inactivity. THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M COMPLAINING ABOUT. However, in my "account notifications panel", it says an e-mail was sent to my e-mail account and I did not receive this e-mail. Could you please check this feature to verify it's functioning?
