i want to know how to cancel my entire account. it keeps saying suspended when im not, did all the steps by staff didn't work. and i just want to cancel this so i could sign up again or find a different host help is apreciated.

i cant log in into my cpanel ever since lotus has went down and got back up. my account changed to chopin server and when i try to log into cpanel it keeps saying login failed i tried changing password, and i put all the right info in and the same thing. any ideas?
