Basiclly what happened was recently i had to reboot my PC(wipe it clean) and so i lost all my backups :s And then today i login into my cpanel to find all my Databse as been wiped clean So do you guys have any sort of backups for are site it would be nice if you could putback my database thanks :D

reasons are High resource usage, cron every minute. but i dont run crons every minute and i am no where near the total bandwitch usage so can i have my account ususpended.

They work manually but not through the cpanel any reason why
