my son has been keeping my site for me and he passed away on july 25 2010. it has taken me several week to figure out what account name and password was he was using. now the account has been shut down. how do i get it reinstated.

After you guys did what ever you did to Starka, I can no longer connect to CPanel on it. Every attempt to connect to the URL listed in the account management panel (http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/) comes back with Connection time out error. Has the URL changed? I can no longer update my web...
