okm i installed a theme to my site usin ftp, but now all that shows up is a blank page www.snipersinstinct.exofire.net and i think its because the theme i put on there also has a sources file to go into my site public.html directory but in the ftp there is no sources folder..please help!!!!

Do yall know of anywere i can find come good joomla clan template or nice high-tech templated and tutorials on how to intall them? i wanna get a site that looks kinda like this www.xtremegaming.com
