I would like to know what is going on with my account. 1 day it's up, the next day it's down. Then it's back up but all my files are gone. I upload all my files again, to have it work for 2 days and now all the files are gone again. Why can't my account just be left alone?

I can't log into cpanel. it says login invalid. ---------- Post added at 08:49 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:51 AM ---------- Never mind, just found out why. Seems my ftp account was deleted and my account password was reset due to the server problems 2 weeks ago.
