Hi, cannot seem to be able to log in to cpanel or to access my blog via ftp. help?

HI, I am unable to log in to my account, no matter how many time I change the password! I have reset the password several times and I can log in fine to the forum but not to the control panel. Can you advise? Lorenzo lorenzo@4eggs.net
