I cannot log on to cpanel or web mail. I have updated my password and still does not work. Did it lock me out for too many failed attempts?

I am not able to open anything on lotus server. The last community advocate I communicated with thought the server must have blocked my IP for some reason. Can you fix this for me? I have been working on it for several days with no results. Best regards Jim
