Well basically my hosting account is reseted, i've lost my blog, i have checked the files and they're all gone any ideas on what happened or how to solve it please.

today i tried to acces my site and I got a "Error establishing a database connection" error, then i checked at cPanel and the database was gone, do you have any backups or something i really dont want to loose my DB
