    can't login to cpanel, ticket not answered

    I posted here for my main x10hosting page opening to http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ while my account is active and unsuspended. The thread got closed and "escalated". No one ever answered! Can't even ftp, open cpanel or delete my account to try remake a new one.

    What do I have to do to get unsuspended beside loging in frequently? My cpanel reads I'm active but when I open my url it reads "account suspended"...

    My account just got suspened without notification, can you please unsuspend it? Submit Ticket button doesn't work.
