My friend said my issue with my domain said the servers may have blacklisted my IP. I have gotten a new one but I still get a "Problem Loading Page" error on firefox when visiting it, others say they can see it, I can see it VIA proxy, but I cannot see it with any browser alone.

I just bought a domain and changed it to my site. I updated the name servers and yet I get a time out page, it has been 48 hours, when will it finally pick up?
