I am getting following error if i want to upload any file through ftp---- error 553,Disk Full ,please upload later. But form cpanel, it is showing lots of space is still available. Where I am going wrong?? Plz help. Thanks in advance.

"http://deysurya.x10hosting.com" site is not opening up.ftp is not working also,though cpanel is working properly.Know server maintain issue,just want to know expected time to get back every thing working condition. thanks in advance.
