    unable to create new files

    cpanel shows /home/gstbow as being there... when I try to create a new file, I am told that it can not do so because /home/gstbow does not exist.

    affected by boru upgrade

    on my "Hosting Account Management" page it shows that 260MB is used. cPanel shows an empty directory. Are my files still in limbo somewhere?

    Where are my files?

    I kept getting an error cpanel page whenever I tried to open one of my pages... logged into cpanel and found that my parent directory was empty. Are my files gone? Did you move things around and I get misplaced? Can you restore them or do I need to re-upload?

    unable to access my pages

    I am not sure what I did but I get an error 404 when I try to view any of my pages. Is there a way to revert to before I made any changes today. If not how do I go about replacing the files with the back-ups on my pc? also, my web disk no longer works
