am i able to get my account un-suspended so i can remove the proxy from my site. I didn't see that in the terms (i just glanced at them briefly)

Every time I try to access my cPanel (at https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) i get a problem loading page error saying The connection has timed out... I dont know if it is just because im new to this site or what...
