Hi, how can I change my nameservers away from x10hosting I cant see anything in cPanel?

I cannot log into cPanel on https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/. I get 'Login attempt failed'. I have tried changing my password and it still doesnt work. My account was suspende but I unsuspended it over a week ago and it still has not come back online... My domain is linguaru.co.uk...

Please can you reenable my login to cPanel. My website is down and I cannot access it to see what is wrong... linguaru.co.uk
