Hi. I am trying to access the Website builder from my Cpanel but every time I try to enter I got an invalid username and password message. How is that possible? I have entered the very same pw and username to access Cpanel but I keep getting rejected. Any help would be much appreciated...

Hi. I tried to use the your Website Builder but every time I tried I got the message: invalid FTP username or password. Is the FTP username the same I use to log into my CPanel or the problem is something else? Regards,
